Each fall, all newly hired tenure-track women are invited to participate in the program.
Groups of 2-5 "mentees" within the same college are paired with 1-2 mentors from that college. Mentees are never paired with mentors from their home department.
The program offers monthly brown-bags for new women faculty including discussions on

Preparation for tenure and promotion
Grand Writing
Balancing family and work life
Readings assigned in advance on issues of teaching, research, service and the university as an institution.
We offer monthly workshops/team luncheons on issues of interest to new faculty such as
Goal setting
Time management
Building constructive networks
